Most Harmony banjos use an 11" Low Crown head. That is the most common banjo head size, and you should have no trouble tracking one down. That said, long-neck banjos aren't as common, and it would be worthwhile to measure just to make certain they didn't make some other adaptation.
You measure the diameter by measuring the outside diameter of the pot (body) or the inside diameter of the tension ring that holds the drum head down.
The "Crown height" refers to the distance from the top edge of the banjo head's metal hoop to where the flat part of the head starts. I hope that makes sense.
Here's a picture of what I mean. They measure the banjo head diameter by measuring the inside diameter of the banjo heads's metal hoop, which should be just a little bit larger than outside diameter of the pot, if tht makes any sense.
