Play 'I'll Never Be the Same' MIDI Clip

Play Logistics

Things That Should Simplify Your Life

Music

All instruments played onstage by actors, eliminating orchestra logistics.

Click here for more information about the set

Set

Single-Set production, no backstage crew required during performance.

Cast

7-member cast (3 men, 3 women, 1 girl)

Costumes

There are many costume changes, but much of the clothing should be available at thrift shops or vintage clothing stores.

Other things

Lighting

Lighting is important, especially the ability to widen spots, dim very gradually, etc., as the lighting helps change focus and tone throughout the play. Automation is recommended in addition to a live operator.

Sound

In larger venues, each actor and each musical instrument should have an individual pickup, which will have to be monitored carefully by the sound engineer. Automation is recommended in addition to a live operator.
